How does Spark stay free forever?
Yes — free forever, no card, no trial clock. The Build pillar (idea, founders, ownership, validation, readiness, handoff) is free on Spark for as long as you want it. We only monetize the Raise and Operate pillars, which live on Starter and above. Founders who never raise outside money pay us zero dollars. That's on purpose.
What if I only need the tools during a raise?

No. OwnershipFlow's extraction, grading, and scenario engines are deterministic code — no language models touch your documents. Your data never trains anything. You can audit the engine logic on request.
